Returns and Exchanges

At quarrionoachor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade home decor purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be in their original condition
• Not be damaged or altered
• Include all original packaging and accessories
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us at managers@quarrionoachor.world or call +1 (607) 277-2846 within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
4. Package the item securely using the original packaging if possible
5. Ship the item back to us at the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Custom Orders

Custom-made and personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
