Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to US territories including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $9.95
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $19.95
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day - $34.95
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (standard shipping only)
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders over $100.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping carrier's website.
Delivery
Packages are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items or a full refund.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and US territories. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.
